Handmade from sinamay straw the bow is attached and measures approximately 8.5 cm in height. This headpiece is made by Hand-blocking which is a traditional millinery technique where the base is shaped by hand over a wooden block using steam, stiffener, and careful moulding and then wired to keep their shape. This allows for a more sculpted, structured silhouette and a truly bespoke finish.
It is attached by millinery elastic (hides under the nape of your neck under your hair) and hair comb slide which hides under your hair at the nape of your neck - a style favoured by Kate Middleton and other Royal Ladies.
Wonderfully lightweight to wear.
